Scandinavian Loft and the structural engineer firm Corbett & Tasker have signed an agreement to develop a range of structural space making products for residential projects.
We shortlisted a number of firms and felt that C&T had the most versatile expertise and were passionate to work with us on our space making range including modular mezzanine lofts.
We will look at various structures that can both be aesthetically pleasing and take the load similar to a normal floor. By doing this we expect to reduce lead times by 60% and therefore also improve our margins.
