Scandinavian Loft, was hit hard by the Lockdown during the pandemic and could not deliver any projects in the customers homes. At the same time they saw a 400% increase in requests from customers working from home and in need of multi functional space making solutions.
The local authority of Hackney awarded Scandinavian Loft funding to adapt the business to meet customers’ demand. It enabled Scandinavian Loft to re-design their bespoke product offering and implement web automation to meet customer requests more efficiently.
Apart from the funding Scandinavian Loft had access to a dedicated Mentor and expert advice.
